This new Restaurant du Champs de Mars is the story of a project, which was built stone by stone around an ambition:
create a different place, where you feel good, a gastronomic restaurant which draws on the know-how of a chef who has been able to develop his art to create dishes which adapt to his audiences, dishes which allow its customers to go out of the ordinary, to create a “wow” effect… dishes that put taste and pleasure at the center of the plate.
